Closed early, even though I had called to tell him I was on my way horrid customer service here moving our entire family to another pharmacy
I had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. In the middle of my order, I was asked to move to another pickup spot so they could serve someone else — even though I was already being helped. The new pickup spot wasn’t working, so I had to come back and wait in line all over again, despite being 9 months pregnant. The pharmacists and staff at the Safeway on San Antonio in Mountain View, CA are friendly, helpful, professional, courteous, and have gone out of their way to track the availability of a medication I've needed when it has not been available from the manufacturer for an extended period of time. My prescriptions are generally ready very quickly after being ordered. And they usually have very good prices through Good Rx - better than I get through my insurance.
