I tried for about three days to reach anyone by phone. No one answered and the voicemail is full. Today I called a customer service number explaining about three times and the male with a Filipino voice told me twice to contact the store. I asked for a manager and was told there weren’t any. Last week when I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist stated that they didn't have enough of my medicine on hand but to call back in a week to pick up the remaining supply. (NO problem). Because they were out of the medicine 2 months ago and had to send me to a pharmacy 45 minutes away from home. (I had a horrible experience with that pharmacy), today, I did exactly what they said. The young pharmacist that worked this past Saturday. Was very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of other people waiting in line. I could not hear what they were trying to say because of the glass shield and their masks, I asked them to step to the side of the glass so I could hear them, she got very rude and said " stop shouting".
