I spoke with Kerri over the phone to ask a simple question on my refills - this was the most rude lady I have ever spoken with. What was a simple question felt like I was asking her to do something so outrageous. She was giving me personal comments and asking personal questions which is not protocol. I have been refilling my meds here for years - will be transferring immediately
They put me on hold All the times when I call , and on of them answer questions very rushly and she has awful customer service.
