Went to Sonora Quest Labs for a doctor's appointment. Super kind and patient staff.
Hard to get on phone. My insurance sent a notice there's shortage of trulicity and to call pharmacies so I called this one. It rang a long time then someone picked it up and said hold please then it started ringing with no answer. Very poor service
was getting great service here for two years, until one older man named Clarence decided to give my personal information out going against the hipa privacy act , without my knowledge. Once i complained to headquarters about this, they then black balled me in the pharmacy in this store. (i found out this only because my family member who sought this out, showed me the paperwork that was not only given to her without any form of ID, but printed out for her.)Sought out a different pharmacy thankfully.
