There is a wait on occasion but everyone on the staff if great. Pharmacists are always happy to help and they do a great job on refills. They called one of my Drs to get a refill for me even when I thought it had expired.
Always a line, each customer takes forever, they never have more than one cashier, no sense of urgency, could care less about customer satisfaction, etc. I’m switching to walmart cave creek.
Probably some of the rudest staff I have encountered anywhere in awhile. They purposely ignore you and take longer to help you. Definitely will be going to literally any other pharmacy from now on.
