Great atmosphere it feels like a small town in here i love it!!!
My only complaints are that they never seem to clear out their voicemails (or it needs more capacity) and they have a Tech, who I’ve not seen lately, is devoid of apparent emotion and who’s stated she’s a pharmacist when my wife as well as I recognized her voice and she is a Tech. Other than that the rest of the staff is pretty awesome, they’re usually quick as well as efficient. I have always been satisfied with the Safeway pharmacy near me but today was very very good service. They were very fast and efficient, much more efficient than the Doctor who transferred the prescription orders. I truly feel the staff at Safeway Pharmacy do everything they can to give us the best service possible.
After 5 trips to this pharmacy, and given incorrect information over the phone, I stated I would be reporting this pharmacy to the AZ board and Kathy told me she didn’t appreciate me saying that. Since we are stating what we don’t appreciate, I don’t appreciate this pharmacy lying saying they never spoke with my dr office when indeed they did.
