Went in for a flu shot. Was asked if I had an appointment, when the sign said walk ins welcome. After Stevie said if I had an appt the form would have been printed before visit, there 3 people ahead of you, you’ll have to wait, etc… Said morning was the busiest time. Obviously she didn’t want to do a flu shot. I said walk ins not welcome and Stevie went off saying “how do you feel not welcome, how have I made you feel not welcome” That really made me feel Not Welcome. These staff work at a dead run everyday. So grateful for their service. FYI The statistics are telling. Pharmacy, once a field with ample job seekers, is now seeing a steep decline in interest. Data from the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy show a significant drop in the number of students pursuing pharmacy careers. In 2011, there were 17,405 applicants to pharmacy schools, but by 2022, that number had fallen to just 11,227—a drop of more than 35% in just over a decade.1
Their website doesn't work I can never get anyone to pick up and the entire pharmacy staff is rude and act like I shouldn't be there
My insurance stopped covering a medicine and the pharmacist ran a coupon to help me. Super nice.
One of the worst pharmacys in town, takes FOREVER every time you come in to get through the line to get your meds. The lady that runs the register most days does nothing but complain to customers about how rite aid closed and now they're busy because of it. She's also super rude and moves about as fast as a snail.
