I’ve always had a great experience with Safeway Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are consistently, courteous, helpful, and professional. They take the time to provide any information. I may need to make informed decisions about my medication’s. Their customer service is excellent, and I truly appreciate their dedication to patient care. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
Awful staff. They look for any excuse to not fill your prescription. I never argue about controlled substances, but I suffer from adrenal insufficiency and CANNOT run out of Prednisone. For some reason, they think they can override doctors. It’s crazy. I feel harassed at this point. I have been left without my LIFE-SUSTAINING PRESCRIPTION, well-documented by several specialists.
