SLOW, DUDE and NEVER answer the phone that sums the Cheney Safeway pharmacy up
Waited over 30 minutes to get my prescription with only a few people in front of me in line. Just for them to tell me my prescription wasn’t even ready and that I’d have to wait in line again. Had to wait another 30 plus minutes to get my prescription again.
My review has nothing to do with the staff and 100% to do with the management. Seems like reviews for the last 5-8 MONTHS have all been the same. Great people who work there, but absolutely ridiculous lines. It's obvious they are understaffed. Only running 1 register with a line of 12+ people is horrible service. I have been going to the pharmacy for the last 8 years and have never experienced this before. Coming in on a Tuesday at 3:45pm and there were 12 people standing in line?!! I wanted to give a shout out to Cheyenne, she is quality employee material and has always helped me with a smile and gone above and beyond.
The service is horrible. Plus the staff were very rude when i picked up my prescription. Always have to wait hours for meds.
