We’ve been loyal shoppers here since we moved to the Cheney early 2020. The pharmacy people have been GREAT to work with but I don’t think they’ve been taken care of or provided what they have been needing the last 2-3 years. I actually feel sorry for them having to put up with aggravated customers. It was NEVER like this before.. Loooong lines(I’ve spent an hour waiting multiple times, no joke), no one answers the phones anymore or you keep getting put on hold when you have important questions. Absolutely the worst. You wait 30 minutes in line and still not ready. Come back and hr later. Still not ready! They also never answer the phone. DO NOT GO HERE!
Line is always so long. I used to love this Safeway but it has gone downhill as customer service goes in the afternoon and evening. Will transfer to Costo even though I live in cheney.
DO NOT GO.. PLEASE I BEG YOU. THEY WILL HAVE YOU WAITING OVER 20 MINS EACH TIME. NO MATTER THE DAY OR TIME.I WILL WRITE THESE EACH TIME I'M HERE IN LINE UNTIL THEY GET THEIR ISSUE FIGURED OUT.
