Took my mom to get vaccinated here, and the pharmacist (Ms. Wan Yi?) was friendly, professional, and explained the different COVID shot options. She worked quickly and the shots hardly hurt. Really appreciate the service.

Excellent service from pharmacist to pharmacy technician! I have the option to order online but I prefer to come to this pharmacy cause they explain and give me the best service I can have ! Thanks for their dedication!
I went to the Safeway pharmacy for a flu shot after seeing their large “FREE FLU SHOT” sign, but the experience was misleading and disappointing. The sign suggests that anyone can get a free flu shot, but in reality, it’s only “free” if you have an accepted insurance plan. Since I hadn’t received my insurance card yet, I was turned away. If the flu shot is not truly free for everyone, the advertising should be clearer. Many people might assume it’s a community service rather than an insurance-billed service.
