Three times, I've been told MISINFO that was made up. The pharmacist wasn't surprised when i complained. No "sorry to hear that." hello?????? i couldn't get my medication because they .... didn't fill it out for me and didn't order it to be delivered to their pharmacy. i doubt that the bad one(s) were trained better after that. proof? Jose from the Deli is a amazing
Waited in line for 20 minutes for a vaccine, had an appt still had to wait in line to check in. A white man cuts the entire line for vaccines and the pharmacy tech allowed him to do so. When I mention I was waiting in line and have an appt too, I had to remain in line. This lady stopped helping the customer she was ringing up to help the gentlemen cut the line.
