The pharmacy staff at this location used to he helpful. I don't know if it's new hires that need more training, but the last time I picked up a prescription they were super rude and acted like I was bothering them when I just asked a few questions about changes to my insurance. Decided to send my refills somewhere else after that interaction.
So...I wanted to ultimately give this a 4 at least, and I promise I will get into why it's a 2 instead. This pharmacy has been very helpful to me in the past regarding simple questions about my tinnitus for example. The pharmacist was always very helpful and knowledgeable. As a pretty patient man, I don't mind waiting all day for an answer but do not want to seem annoying either! BUT.
