Friendly and helpful
They received notification to call chas clinic on market and we're rude every time they were prompted to do so. Seem like they were mad they were at work and actually had to work. Was not able to get my prescriptions for 3 days instead of same day. Do better please.
Mislabeled my medication and I just downed a whole bottle of something that was supposed to last 30 days. Guess I gotta call a lawyer.
I don't know what it is with this pharmacy. They are always screwing up and/or lying and/or incompetent. I don't know anymore. I knew better then to come back here for anything and yet I had no other options on a Sunday. My fiance had a medication sent over from urgent care. They told me his Medicaid insurance would not cover this medication and it was $57. Which, fine, he needs it, there's no other pharmacy nearby open on a Sunday, I paid it. I use this pharmacy since the store opened. Paul is one of the best pharmacists this store had, along with Ron (RIP), John, and Jamie.
