I’ve dealt with a bunch of pharmacies, but this one right here is top notch. I haven’t met a nicer, helpful group in a while. If I call they take time to answer my question. They even offer me tips and best practices. Marie, Austin, and Becca are simply the best. I couldn’t ask for more. These individuals are great!
Staff is extremely rude. Just put people on hold without even talking to you. Then she argued with me about how she’s the only one there. Not my fault your company doesn’t schedule more people. That’s no excuse to be rude to a customer. I’ll be moving my prescription ASAP.
Specifically calling out an employee. I wanted to buy eggs that were on sale, and there were none on the shelf. I asked Sussanne (sp?) about it. She dropped what she was doing, and went in the back. She searched for about 6-7 minutes, and eventually brought out the last 8 cartons that they had. They were buried under other items. I definitely appreciate the extra effort to satisfy a customer and get me my eggs, without having to get a raincheck. Thank you!
