Not professional and horrible customer service. Was forced to wait 3 days without time sensitive medication due to their lack of communication, didn’t receive assistance in finding alternative stores during the meantime, and there was a clear lack of respect in person. I left the store in tears and felt they didn’t want to assist me. Will not be returning due to concerns over professionalism and communication regarding medications.
I've been waiting here, for a prescription for my mother, for over 45 mins. This Morning I got a text that it was ready for pick up. She told me to come back in 30 mins. When I came back she said 10 mins. It's now been over an hour and I've been in line 3x... Irritated.
Is there any pharmacy in Bellingham that has a customer service that's great? This pharmacy allowed my mail order sit for 4 days and it never got mailed. They don't answer their phones. They say they are really busy. Hire more people? Now I have to find another pharmacy.
