I am new to this pharmacy due to Rite Aid going out of business. I had not been receiving texts or calls regarding my inhaler. Rite Aid filled this for me every 2 weeks & text me it was ready. The male (did not get his name) that I was speaking with told me to just call when it got low. I explained that was not how this worked. He told me to speak with the pharmacist. This is a good grocery store, with a wide variety or merchandise .
I've been going to this pharmacy for about a year now. It just keeps getting worse. I'm trying to switch over my insulin pods and they blame the doctor and the doctor blames them and I'm caught in the middle making tons of phone calls and wasting my time while I'm in poor health. I just don't know what to do anymore. If somebody out there knows a great pharmacy. Please comment
I read reviews of this pharmacy and couldn’t believe it until I experienced it for myself. Unbelievable. The same girl looked me in the eye and denied taking my Rx bottle to refill my meds. Then after a week of “tomorrow it’ll be ready” it’s not until the following Monday night.
