I called 5 times on Sunday with no response. I called again 2 times on Monday morning with no response. The voicemail box is full so a message can not be left. The customer service is below satisfactory.
I placed a delivery order for my medication on Saturday 10/4 and paid $7.99 to have it delivered by next day and I'm still waiting. It says delivery in progress but they haven't even processed my payment. Im switching pharmacy.
Many of the pharmacists will begin to remember you over time. They often go out of their way to fill prescriptions that are needed ASAP. Great service for the years I've came here.
Sometimes deals don’t work, and the fine print about how many you can buy on the coupon is very small, depending on who you get as a cashier they’re very friendly and helpful in those situations. The pharmacy staff though surpasses the Safeway store pharmacy team gets 5/5 no complaints from me, love how friendly and welcoming the technicians and pharmacy staff lead is!
