Terrible customer service. I came today to refill a prescription, and I was told to wait to 20min which is understandable in order to refill my prescription. When my prescription was ready, the cashier told to wait in the back of the line to pay for my prescription. I don't understand why but I did
I have been a customer for 30 plus years at the Hawks Prairie Safeway Pharmacy. Last week I called at least 10 times to fill prescriptions and no one answered my calls. I am finally at a point I am considering taking my pharmacy business somewhere else because I need to fill my prescriptions contacting the pharmacy directly. It is too inconvenient for something that should be easier than it is. I use to receive good service, sadly it has declined.

Unfortunately reading these bad reviews are disheartening don't read them go there yourself I haven't left a review here till now I've been going here for awhile and years ago I agree it wasn't pleasant since then those people no longer work behind the counter so you should try them again they have a super awesome bunch of friendly employees now and I enjoy going there they are always pleasant and answer any questions
