I have never had a problem at Safeway Pharmacy in Orting. I love the people and they always have my pills ready!
Phone isn’t answered often. So many times I’ve been told my script will be ready in about an hour- I go in & they don’t even have it. Ridiculous.
Asked to come back in 30-35 minutes. Just to be told the same thing 40 minutes later.
Terrible service, the wait time is beyond unacceptable. Even calling, if they answer, they don't say their name, you have to ask who you are speaking to. Very unprofessional and they have no phone experience or manners!
