Extremely disappointed in this pharmacy. Most of the people besides a couple of the woman are absolutely some of the rudest people I have dealt with. Half the time they don’t answer the phone the other half one of the males who answers sounds extremely rude and like your wasting his time. I am a cancer patient who ran out of medication and my drs office okay them to refill my medication 2 days early. I called them 3 times to verify my Dr office called twice and was told no one called. Called to ask a question about my prescription. The first time they picked up and hung up after 5 rings. The second time no one answered after like 8-10 rings. At least get hold music or schedule someone to field calls.
This branch is great at moving people through the line. I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes, and that line was around the corner. But for heck’s sake Safeway Pharmacy, ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! Dropping to 2 stars for repeatedly not answering their phone and making me drive across town for something a phone call could solve.
I asked for all my prescriptions to be put on auto fill. Every month 1 or more prescriptions would not auto fill. When I called in no one knew why and seveeral times I was blamed, Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
Was told they were working on it. I waited 30 min asked about meds. They said they hadn't even started on them. Maybe 30 more minutes. What a joke. Don't lie about time frames.
