I just want every one I have dealt with at HD pharmacy, just how much I appreciate the service you have given me, im70 in my last stages of renial failure, my medication is my life line.i had been with HD cvs for 18years they have went down hill,Tom and Joe..r great and I will miss them, but the new pharmacist is so rude and nasty and the new people r like that to. Very convenient to get in and out.
I called for a prescription refill, I needed to change some info so I chose to speak to someone in the pharmacy instead of using the automated system.. The woman I spoke to scolded me for calling instead of using the automated system, then interrupted every word I was able to get out without listening to the request. I've worked in a pharmacy and I know the stress, but treating someone with such disregard and anger is not appropriate.
