This particular Safeway pharmacy is the only one that does not have medication delivery. The fact that I was not aware of until I waited about a week for my meds and then found out that they had to be refilled.
Every month I have to explain how to charge my insurance. You’d think they would get it after 2 years. You’d think they know how to do their job in the first place. If you don’t start getting things together I’m leaving. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO COME IN TO HAVE YOU FIX THINGS AND WAIT. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. This review is 2 years in the making. DO YOUR JOB!!!!!
They had somehow had Me & My Wife scheduled for a Covid Shot instead of a Flu Shot which they instantly corrected on 10/14/2024 at around 11:30 AM!!!
