My family & I have been using this specific Safeway pharmacy for over 20 years. They can get very busy but that happens to every business. We have always been treated kindly and respectfully. We’ve waited patiently in line when they are busy and been able to get a quick turnaround when we’ve had a more urgent need. I’ve called with questions and gotten answers. This pharmacy is horrible. They never answer their phones and when you FINALLY call 12 times and get someone on the phone, they say that your prescription will be ready in a hour. Then go to the pharmacy and give them extra time.. (like two hours) and it still isn't completed. I called the pharmacy while I was waiting in line just to see what their problem was.. they just continued to talk to each other and let the phone ring. HORRIBLE!

Pharmacist said my prescription would be ready yesterday. The same pharmacist said she just found out I needed a refill today, but she doesn’t have it and will have to order it. I asked why she didn’t order it yesterday when we talked. She said that didn’t happen! What can I say about that!?
