Pharmacist said my prescription would be ready yesterday. The same pharmacist said she just found out I needed a refill today, but she doesn’t have it and will have to order it. I asked why she didn’t order it yesterday when we talked. She said that didn’t happen! What can I say about that!?
This place works just fine. They'll give you phone reminders for certain prescriptions. Just stay on top of when you need them filled.
I have adhd and struggle with simple tasks, such as calling the pharmacy to fill the prescription I need to function like a normal adult. I was put on hold twice, no one in the pharmacy was communicating about my call, as they repeatedly asked “how can I help you”. I was spoken to in a rushed and demeaning manner. I just want my meds and to be treated with kindness. Thanks.
Went to pick up prescription today after they text me that it was ready; walked up to the counter and this woman snapped at me that it would be at least a 20 minute wait because she was busy with other things.
