No option to leave a voicemail but nobody answers the phone. Should definitely have easier communication when working with peoples medications!
Pharmacy's everywhere are impacted, but the staff at the this location has always maintained a professional atmosphere. The calm demeanor of the staff helps deflect the natural anxiety that goes along with waiting in lines. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the local area!
My doctor called in a prescription order and left it on voice-mail last Saturday at 3pm. When I went in on Monday, the pharmacy claimed they didn't receive the order. I asked my doctor again to call it in. He did, and left the order on voice-mail at noon on Monday. I went in on Tuesday and was told they had retrieved all the voice-mail orders and there wasn't one for me. I insisted they recheck and stood at the counter for 20 minutes. I'm happy with the prescription refills. But today I turned up for a vaccine appointment and waited 15 mins to be told they couldn't find my appt. She asked for the confirmation email which I didn't bring of course. Had to leave with no vaccine. Maybe instruct people to bring the confirmation email?
