I'm happy with the prescription refills. But today I turned up for a vaccine appointment and waited 15 mins to be told they couldn't find my appt. She asked for the confirmation email which I didn't bring of course. Had to leave with no vaccine. Maybe instruct people to bring the confirmation email?
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.
I go here because it’s convenient, but ever since Albertsons bought Safeway the customer service is less than half of what it used to be. The pharmacy takes forever, as in it can be several days before they fill a prescription. Last year I asked to pick it up the same day and the employee made a snotty comment like I was asking for too much. They are understaffed and a lot of times won’t answer the phone, forcing you to in person to ask for a refill - one of mine is a prescription I have to ask my doctor to refill every mont... read more
⭐️⭐️⭐️ *Update 5.5.25 - I've noticed improvements with their promptness to filling prescriptions, and text alerts are becoming more reliable. 👍🏻 Kaizen.* ⭐️ They're very very slow each and every time I've been there. Not to mention on multiple occasions I've gotten home with the wrong prescriptions, because of a "miscommunication" with a Dr., or a "computer issue".
