I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only are they completely unhelpful and do not answer their phones, the pharmacist is RUDE. She spews terribly rude comments at people, and should find another job where she doesn’t interact with the public at all. Majority of the techs are also rude and try to find ways not to do any work. Stay away.
Wort pharmacy ever have my prescriptions ready on time and when I try to call for clarification of why, they don’t pick up!
I went on my Safeway App where I have the Pharmacy tab and looked to make sure before I went to the Pharmacy at the Safeway on Salamo Rd in West Linn. It says right there on the app that they do walk-in immunizations/vaccinations. So I went and stood in line for about 15 minutes. Then the person behind the counter told me sorry, but they don't do walk-ins anymore. WTH? I told him that it says you do on the app. He just basically stared blankly and said, well, sorry. My suggestion would be to UPDATE YOUR DING-DONG APP.
This pharmacy is extremely slow and they do not answer phone calls if you have questions. If our insurance was in network with a different pharmacy in West Linn, we would choose to go there.
