Carla at the Safeway pharmacy was outstanding. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the entire process fast and effortless. This was the best pharmacy experience I have ever had. I would choose this pharmacy over Walgreens or anywhere else because of the level of care she provided.

I've been consistently impressed with Safeway pharmacy. Their service is incredibly quick, and the staff is knowledgeable and always courteous. They make an effort to know their customers, which adds a personal touch to every visit. This terrific service is a stark contrast to my experiences with CVS, where the service has been nothing short of a disaster. Safeway pharmacy has earned my loyalty with their exceptional performance and customer care.
Switched to Safeway as my regular pharmacy from CVS mainly because Safeway has a more consistent stock of maintenance meds I take. It's also closer to my house and there seems to be less of a line to pick up scripts or talk to the pharmacist. There are probably fewer actions I can take via the Safeway app compared to the CVS app, making management of my scripts a touch more cumbersome, but it's a very minor tradeoff.
