I want to remind anyone reading this today 9-12-25 Friday that this is not my first poor experience at this location. I know of at least 5 other people that have transferred all prescriptions to another vendor. I guess it would make me the 6th person. Natalie I think you need to find a different job, perhaps cleaning hotel rooms since you have absolutely zero empathy or compassion for customers who could possibly be on the last year of their life, for all you know, and quite frankly I'm sure you could care less. Everyone here, EXCEPT the lady with the glasses and fried off hair, is super nice. She definitely needs a new attitude.
Simply the worst pharmacy in town. I had a prescription toothpaste that I sent here. It took them a total of 4 days for it to be available. Went several times to pickup, told each time “oh it’ll be 10 minutes”. Every time I went back after specified time, it wasn’t ready. 4 days it took them. Not only does it take forever, the cashiers are some of the worst people you would have the horror of interacting with. Downright rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I went to pick up a tube of perscription toothpaste the day the dentist sent it over. I was told an hour, I came THE NEXT DAY and was told 15 minutes, I came back after that time and was told 10 more minutes. It still was not ready, tell me why I JUST received a call that it was ready 4 days after it was called in. The incompetence is staggering.
