To busy to provide customer service. I was using a personal check to pay for my purchases as I am waiting for a replacement debit card. In order to process a personal check a code has to be entered into the register for the state the check is from. Then the check can be run through electronically. Timothy, apparently the individual in charge, told me "Sorry, we don't take checks from out of state." I have a local address with proper identification and was not asked for it.
