Devin the pharmacist is a joke!! I've been going there for 7 years and when he took over as pharmacist I had to switch pharmacies! I don't even know how much money I gave them but it's not worth going there!! But Lester the pharmacist is awesome!!
They put you on hold for a while then pick up and say “pharmacy please hold” like you haven’t been doing that already. And then they transfer you to a phone that goes to voice mail. When you call back, before you can even say anything, they put you on another hold and it’s an endless cycle. They have one job to do, to fill prescriptions, and they’re too incompetent to do that.
New girl behind the counter cussed me out because I asked if they were going to fill my prescriptions right now (so I knew if I should leave and come back or wait) and this was after she told me they’d be ready the last two days. I don’t know her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag like every other person who works in that position. When I asked if they’re filling them now she glared at me and then started cussing me out.
