Every single time I have been to this pharmacy they have been unable to help me. I have tried multiple times. Twice they were out of the medication I needed And didn’t let me know ahead of time. Once they closed for lunch on a whole line of people instead of having different employees cover the timeframe. They left an entire line of people waiting, who took their time to go get a prescription and didn’t get help. The employees are generally nice but the way the pharmacy is run makes absolutely no sense.
They don’t answer the phone. They also just don’t seem to know what’s going on. Was told I did not need an appointment for a vaccination then when I went in to have one done I was told I did indeed need to make an appointment. When I asked to make an appointment they just stared at me and said “I can’t answer that” then passed me to the pharmacist who told me they could not schedule appointments.
Zero customer obsession, zero common sense. Went in to pick up medication, just for them to tell me they were going to lunch and to return in 30 minutes when this was my only opportunity to pick up. 1 minute of their time spent servicing a customer cound not be done, but instead make the customer waste their time. Definitely recommend amazon pharmacy over this place. There had also been occasions where they are NOT open during their working hours. Which cause even more time wasted.
