They always answer the phone when I call and always have my medication ready in a reasonable time. Everyone working there is friendly and kind
Beyond inept. Dangerous. After 11 failed attempts to get life sustaining prescriptions filled from them, they have refused/failed to transfer to another pharmacy despite 4 requests. They are unable to communicate in English.
This pharmacy has the worst customer service, not sure if it's the nature of the lady i spoke to on phone, but she has little to no communication skills, unfortunately i did not get her name. Would not recommend.
IF YOU WANT YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED DON'T COME HERE. LEFT PRESCRIPTION AT 10AM AND WAS TOLD TO PICK UP AROUND 2PM. ARRIVED AT 430 AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES. CAME BACK AGAIN IN 30 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT 30 MORE. LEFT WITH MY PRESCRIPTION NOT BEING FILLED. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
My doctor phoned in a prescription at 8 o’clock in the morning and it wasn’t ready until 3:30 PM. That is ridiculous.. Then two weeks later, I had one phoned in at 9:30 in the morning and it wasn’t ready until 5 PM You decide if you want this to be your pharmacy. I don’t want them anymore.
