Discrimination and unaccountable at its finest. Never answer phone and hang up to interrupt you when you dialed 4 times. Doctor sent prescription but they said they never received it. Poor med quality with incorrect label. My Bisoprolol says NORT on label as manufacture and it is actually aurobindo. Choose it because it’s near my home. Now regret it I have to switch to some place else. Avoid this store at your best for your health and happiness please!
Luke is an all star. I had the opportunity to take an extended sabbatical from work and he worked with my insurance to make sure I got my medication. He also always answers all my questions and makes sure my medication is filled ASAP. Can't say enough good things about him.
Every single time I have been to this pharmacy they have been unable to help me. I have tried multiple times. Twice they were out of the medication I needed And didn’t let me know ahead of time. Once they closed for lunch on a whole line of people instead of having different employees cover the timeframe. They left an entire line of people waiting, who took their time to go get a prescription and didn’t get help. The employees are generally nice but the way the pharmacy is run makes absolutely no sense.
They don’t answer the phone. They also just don’t seem to know what’s going on. Was told I did not need an appointment for a vaccination then when I went in to have one done I was told I did indeed need to make an appointment. When I asked to make an appointment they just stared at me and said “I can’t answer that” then passed me to the pharmacist who told me they could not schedule appointments.
