They are very rude and unprofessional, Ashley Capperusso to be exact. They’re trying to lowball me on my diminished value of a 2024 Limited Edition Land Cruiser (said that it was moderate damages when the whole driver’s side had to be replaced $10,000 worth of damage), she claimed that I delayed my medical claim when I saw a doctor the first week after my accident from whiplash (which doesn’t show symptoms until days or weeks after an accident).

Literally the worst !!!
