Truck got stolen out my yard. In the person that did it, set it on fire when they got to were they was going. Call the safeway gave them everything they need plus a video showing the dude stealing it. They still denied my claim cause the truck was running unattended. Even after I told them the truck was running cause my wife was getting ready for work n getting my son ready for school. I was warming it up for them. Sad company in they won't even reach out to the company I have the truck finance with.
This company is the worse when a claim is involved- they will dodge you like no tomorrow. Stay away from them!!!!
Absolutely horrible company . Bottom of the barrel. I would strongly advise to not get insurance through Safeway insurance at all cost! They are nothing but headaches and problems. Underwriters and everyone!
