Unprofessional.
I’ve tried to get homeowners insurance for a while and it never happened. No phone call, no response to emails. It’s been over 6 months since my first attempt to get homeowners and nothing. I came in to the office personally and I couldn’t even get the guys direct contact business card. Definitely gave this place too much time and time to go elsewhere.
I really do like my insurance company they are very quick to help me when I need insurance
