The cake was pretty and tasty but the customer service wasn't great. I made an order for my son's birthday cake through Safeway website on April 9th to pick up on April 11th at 5.00pm. On April 11th I called the bakery to check whether the cake is ready (if we lucky) at 2.13pm or if there was any problems then the bakery still had time to make it by 5.00pm or we could go for other option.
