If you want to wait 15 minutes to get your semi edible cake that you pre ordered than you’ve found your place!! I’ve used them twice since April and both times I had to sit and wait at the counter for 15 minutes becors anyone would help. I even yelled and called the store twice. Still ignored. I’ll never be ordering from this place again. So disappointed. My daughter’s cakes looked absolutely terrible too. My son’s cake looked fine though!!
