Can’t wait to get another chocolate mousse triple layered cake. So moist and flavorful. Everyone at the table wanted to know where I got it. The price is up there but the quality made it well worth the cost. Great job Safeway bakers!!!
I order my daughter her sweet 16th birthday cake 2 weeks in advance. Offered to pay a deposit to ensure there would be no issues only to be told 3 hours before her dinner that her cake was not only not there but it wasn’t even made. No phone call no indication there was an issue even tho they had my contact information, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive insinuating it was my fault yet they couldn’t offer any solutions to remedy their mistake and absolutely no responsibility taken at all.
