My sweet daughter decided the day before her birthday that she wanted a mermaid cake. Cue mom panic. I remembered seeing pretty cakes in this Safeway months before so I took a chance and called to see if they could throw together a mermaid cake with 24 hours notice. I had no idea what it would look like but hoped it at least would satisfy a 4 year old. I was blown away when I went to pick it up.
