Do not use this business! (hate to even call it that). Went in for an alignment and rotation for $50.00. $200.00 later car still pulls. Now its the struts fault. An unabashedly up-sell operation. Beware!!!
Hey guys i highly recommend safeway auto Alex was great to deal with very honest and gave us the best price he kept us up to date they have a great warrenty program they get the job done plus what i rly liked my car needed a couple hours till it was finished they drop off and pick up there customers if they dnt wanna wait anyways i there good guys there just getting started i think there gna do great there best of luck to safeway ur my guys......
We went to pick up the car but the workers did not know how to work the credit machine.. They said the owner would be back in 10 minutes, it was 30. The owner said he had an emergency and that hey, sometimes a customer just has to wait. Besides it was our fault because we did not come in when they called and said the car was ready.
The mechanics here are honest, inexpensive, and did't mind all the questions and ideas I threw at them, lol. The allowed me to look under the car with them as they showed me what was going on. Work was done on time, and price was reasonable and as quoted. Will definitely return here. They fixed the control arms and axle on our Escape, and it sounds great now, no more clunking.
i had a great experince with ALEX at safeway auto and tire if u go up there ask for alex i went up there there thursday i blew the the fly wheel on my truck it was so loud i couldent make anything of it thought it was the moter to be honest he brought me in while he had it in the air and showed me were the noise was coming from i was happy to know it wasent the moter he explained everything and what needed to be done i rly dnt know much but he helped me understand he replaced the fly wheel and put a new gasket to stop a leak... read more
NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!! Went on a Thursday and they told me they were busy and to come back Saturday morning. I did at 8 am and they offered to drive me a courtesy ride home and would pick me up around 1;30-2 pm when they were done. 2 pm came and went so did 3pm (they closed at 4). I got a call around 3:30 saying that they apologized and they were not able to get to my car today and to bring it back first thing in the morning on Monday.
