Took 10 hours total for them to finish everything. Appt was at 4am for there at 3:45. Got a door at 4am when they apparently opened. Trailer didn’t start rocking until 3 hours later. On and off worked on trailer for 5 hours. Paperwork took about 2 hours. After all of that was the last one to leave the facility and first one to get a door for that day. They also left 2 whole perfectly fine wrapped pallets without marking or telling me and went home for the day. And older lady guard was very unpleasant. This place sucks.

Gave it 2 stars because it has overnight parking. Been in a door since 6am, still waiting on my bills at 2pm. 8 hrs and still here.
O/n parking, nice pple & fast unload. Plenty of space to back up 3yrs.later Evrthng is done by phone and texts. When u trying to find ur door texts r comming at u all the time..very distracting annoying u get like 9texts. Not clear instrctns. if u here 1st.time. On top I got 2 phone calls with some AI saying no action needed...so quit calling me Uloaded fastOnce u get door put ur bills on back of ur trailer. When done someone will bring paperwork to you. Extremely bad long long time for check in then unload take 5 hours then 2 hours to get your BOL .
