Very easy check-in, and the security guard was friendly and helpful. I arrived 5 hours early — my appointment was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but they told me it was actually at 5:00 PM. They called me at 4:45 PM and loaded fast, but I had to wait about 35 minutes for the paperwork. Checked out at 7:45 PM.
This place is a joke appt was at 6am didn't get a door till about 9:30 am its now 11:45 waiting for paperwork Have to pay lumber fee
I came here 2:30am for 5:15 appointment I checked in on mechine po number stated with 8 first I registered my number on mechine and then I checked in the security lady helped me to checked in what po number should I use. 4:10am they give me dock around 5:15 they unloaded and they send me lumper fee which is $242.00 they released me 7:35am they have overnight part10-15 and I saw some people parked on Freedom street too.
i never leave a review but this time i have to leave because my appointment was on Saturday morning 5am i checkin around 4am i didn’t get the door whole day security said you got the load of potatoes we don’t have space for potatoes we are open they will get your load and at 4pm i walk up to the lady at security they said they close come here next morning 4am
