First time shopping at this Safeway. I was there at 5 a.m. No lines, store was clean, great selection of organic items. I'll be back again.
Be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes in line to check out. The people at the meat/seafood counter are very rude (except for the manager). I've had a lot of items improperly ring up at the register. Half the time there is no one at the customer service center when I need one.
The customer service at this location is top notch, especially if you have children. To the employee who made sure my daughter got a car shopping cart and then later played with her, stopping her tantrum in the check out lane. I love you! Shopping with a baby and toddler in tow can be a wee bit stressful. You helped TREMENDOUSLY. During the visit the balloon/flower department lady have my toddler a green balloon she is still playing with! I LOVE you too. Five stars plus here. Kudos!
I've had extremely excellent service from one night manager named Heather. She went beyond her normal duties to synchronize my old accounts to a new one and register me for the money saving " Just for You " App, which was so helpful to me. All with kindness and a smile. Thank you Heather, you are a peach. ♡♡♡
