I am genuinely not given great customer service when I shop at this Safeway. most recently there were literally 8 employees all joking about the Covid-19 at the front registers in a group, this is very serious situation. I also found expired product and the employees at the register found it funny, very unprofessional and disturbing.
Really sickening when a grocery store allows flying squirrels in their store especially now during COVID 19. Disappointed with Safeway. The cashier and others really wanted to see it instead of making this couple leave. These animals made a awful crying noise and should have been noticed. I reported it and the manager was going to address it to the cashiers but it’s too late for me. I’m not shopping there anymore.

RecommendedDuring our national health crisis, Safeway has hired more employees to keep up with demand. Also, Safeway has established special hours two days a week for senior shopping, a highly successful decision.
RecommendedSome of the checkers have been there a million years, and they still smile and chat!! Great produce selection; lots of gluten-free; pharmacy very helpful; just a good place to shop!
Safeway on G-way has been my go to store for a couple decades now. The staff and I are Family. Especially the Pharmacy there. Techs are Top Notch and ALWAYS friendly and put my priorities First....
