I feel compelled to leave a review regarding the security services in my building. When I first moved in, we had traditional keys, but over time, the security system was upgraded to key fobs. Unfortunately, I lost mine recently, and since then, the building has been equipped with a new bolt on the door. This company is employed to run the front desk in my building in the bronx...it is absolutely the WORST service i have ever seen. I work in front desk residential service myself and i dont understand how the guards here are still employed. They used to accept packages and it worked. now they literally do nothing. my packages are missing constantly.
