I explained to Jose my window regulator problem. My car is 24 years old, and the window parts are not readily available. Through the connections Jose knows, he had the part in hand in TWO days! Jose sent his employee Edgar to my residence, and replaced my regulator within 1 hour! AMAZING customer service, and I HIGHLY recommend.
