I called one of the popular named glass companies that promised quick reliable service but they came with the wrong window and weren’t very friendly. I called Global Auto and Glass Services, they came to me with the correct glass. Their tech was early, prepared to work, very thorough and did a great job. These guys helped me out during a difficult time. Make sure you call them first.
The team at Global Auto Glass Services is amazing! My windshield broke and I had no idea in how to process the claim or what to do. I posted my picture in social media and lucky for me, one of the guys in the team contacted me right away. I live in Chicago and Miami. Last visit to Miami I noticed a crack in my windshield. I saw the great reviews of Global and called Jose the owner because I didn’t want to deal with Safelite. He took care of every part of the transaction while I was back in Chicago and found my windshield for my MB GLS 580. His installer and calibration guy were great. I’d recommend Jose and Global to anyone.
