Very unreliable. They will not show up and not let you know. OR they will schedule you at a time they know they cannot make and justify it by making a window. When in reality they just have horrible customer service and don’t know how to schedule appointments properly.

I luv this company! I luv having a button that is used anywhere in the USA! I’ve been out n bout and have needed my button a few occasions. Mostly I use it while at home. I just got a new go anywhere button. I luv it. Also it comes with a charging port which I luv and it’s plugged into my charging station. When you push the button it takes a few minutes for them to come on the button sometimes but they’re always so nice.
