I was promised items that were removed AFTER they removed my bath tub and shower, I had no choice but to add their low quality replacement. I would not trust their service again

Misrepresentation of the tub I ordered and received. I made numerous phone calls and sent a letter and have not received a call or response to my complaint, that the tub is not the right size, cannot put head on head rest as the tub is not the longer tub that I wanted as I am 5'10". Cannot use the shower feature I paid extra for as the shower curtain only covers 2 sides and therefore the water would run off tub onto the floor. This company is the absolute worst they will not contact you. They will not provide a resolution or a repair or what’s going to happen. I’ve been without my tub since December 23 all because of a cracked door they sent another door in February 24 that did not fit I have made over six attempts to contact this company to find out what the resolution is going to be, and have heard nothing, I keep getting put back on the back burner buyer beware

We had our tub/ shower done. First they ordered the wrong door. Then they installed the door backwards. When fixing the door they recaulked with incorrect color. Came back to recaulk and now we have 3/4 inch calk lines. Then after 2 weeks of use the tub faucet came flying off while my daughter was showering. To add the brushed nickel hardware shows every water spot and looks horrible. I am not pleased. They don't seem to want to help.
