I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone. From the start, we were overcharged during the sign-up process. The salesman promised high-quality, durable materials with a “lifetime warranty,” but that has not been our experience at all. After only 3–4 years, everything is already falling apart. I was promised items that were removed AFTER they removed my bath tub and shower, I had no choice but to add their low quality replacement. I would not trust their service again

Misrepresentation of the tub I ordered and received. I made numerous phone calls and sent a letter and have not received a call or response to my complaint, that the tub is not the right size, cannot put head on head rest as the tub is not the longer tub that I wanted as I am 5'10". Cannot use the shower feature I paid extra for as the shower curtain only covers 2 sides and therefore the water would run off tub onto the floor. The install took 6 days instead of 2 and the area where installed was to be left ready for tile ins... read more
