I really enjoyed the online course, very good quality. I think you should however adjust the expected time for completing the online course. I might be slow, but it took me almost 5 hours. Since I only passed 1 pre-test out of the 7 modules, it took me much longer than the expected 2 hours. The issue with the skills training was that I never received a text message explaining how to get onto a Zoom meeting. I was lost in that little room and did not know what to do. It was so quick and easy to go through the training portion online, and clear directions were given to access the in-person portion. Logins were easy and the lessons were thorough, MUCH higher quality than previous CPR and first aid classes I’ve taken.
This was a great option for CPR/First Aid training. I appreciated being able to complete the online training at my own pace before the hands-on skills training. It was a little strange doing the hands-on training over Zoom, but once the initial kinks were worked out, it went smoothly and quickly. Very convenient and reasonably priced.
