Our firm has regularly purchased products from Safety Technology since the beginning of 2019. Shipping is timely and reliable. However: don't make the mistake of calling "customer" service. A simple question with respect to a recent order turned into an ordeal and needless aggravation. Apparently this "customer service" individual, or perhaps owner, felt compelled to "be right"...with the customer "being wrong". Someone needing to speak over and correct the customer. Hey Mike, I have been a reseller/Dealer for a few years now. I also own a process serving company. Two weeks ago while serving an eviction I was attacked by the man who I was serving. I am not only a dealer but I carry the products daily while serving papers. This man first spit on me and then came out of his apartment towards me. He raised his hands and began to strike me in the head and face. I backed up and told him to back off. He came at me again. I then deployed my wildfire spray.
