Loading was fast, easy & they were very friendly!
I'm a statue painter and I buy their "Whimsical Cherubs" and hand paint them. They are beautiful and Napco does have great statues. However, Napco is slow in restocking suppliers. I have turned away customers due to no stock. My supplier has been waiting months for their order. Several other companies I know have requested these Cherubs and others and are still waiting weeks later for their orders to be filled. I have decided to make Molds of the Whimsical Cherubs I have and make more Cherubs to make them available to others... read more
I'm a painter and get my Statues from Kroger, who go through Napco, who also has been waiting weeks for Napco to get back with them on ordering. I have back ordered Angels and I'm still waiting. Very Unreliable or Unprofessional. I've suggested Kroger to switch to TEMO. Cheaper, Reliable, Large Quantity of Great Quality Angels, Fairies and Products. Napco has nice stuff but getting them to fill orders is like pulling teeth.
While some people here are nice, they also employ some very rude people. Back when my significant other worked here, another coworker made them out to be a promiscuous loose individual just simply because we kissed. While their arrangements are nice and the services they offer are good... again, hiring people who shame others for fun is not acceptable. Gossip doesn't make a good work place.
