Called about lockout tagout. The girl on the phone was nice but inexperienced, so she didn't know what I was looking for. Stopped in anyway because I needed some new locks and a few other things. The lockout tagout section consisted of tags, multi lock hasps, and two pole brady lockout, nothing else. No locks, no single pole, no oversized lockout, very underwhelming for a store specializing in construction safety. I placed an online order for earplugs. After 10 days of not receiving them I called to check on the order status. I was told those particular earplugs were out of stock and they didn't know when they would have them. I cancelled the order. The next day I was notified that the item shipped. This came as a surprise because i had told them to cancel it. When it arrived, I discovered that they shipped the wrong earplugs that were significantly cheaper than what I had paid for. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY. Worst customer service I have had the displeasure of experiencing.All I needed was a new coat which I found the one I wanted within seconds of walking thru the door but I ended up standing in there lobby for almost ten minutes waiting for someone to help me but it was so quiet it was like everyone went home and forgot to lock the store up. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back.
Tried to stop by at 3:45 P.M. on a Saturday. The place was locked up and dark inside. If you close before 4:00 P.M., have the common courtesy to update your hours of operation to reflect that. That way people don't waste their time, gas or money assuming that your posted hours of operation are accurate and making a trip to your store.
