I loved the idea of using a local business. The owner came out and gave me a quote for the alarm system upgrades. When I tried to schedule the work, the owner said he would get back to me on availability and didn’t. I would follow up and get the same response that he would get back to me with availability. Finally, I gave up and went to the Honeywell website, found another company and got the work done for less money. Total waste of time
I have a classic alarm system prewired by Safety Signal when I bought the house and I kept the service. It’s a lot more reliable than the newer wireless/WiFi gadgets. Both service and technical support are top-notch. Special thanks to Jeff in the tech support who patiently walked me through a DYI replacement of an aged CO detector. Many thanks.
My underage son was verbally attacked by one of the security guard that is suppose to provide safety at the luxury community where we reside at in Downtown Orlando ( 55 west ) . Everyone witness when the guard asked my son to "drag" our dog, because the dog was urinating in an outdoor area outside of the building, he was Yelling , speaking in a very aggressive tone and because my son did not react he got closer to him in a threating way.. I reach out management and all I got was just a email stating they will have a meeting ... read more
