Get rid of the supervisor Tammy Fisher at Spirit in Wichita. She's a very controlling freak when it comes to work and micromanaged. Everyone trains different so know one knows what there supposed to. She likes to argue about us having a set schedule when we dont because the schedule changes... so yea.
