As an extended family we have used this company 3 times and are extremely pleased with the quality of their work, how efficiently they use their time at our residences, how prompt they are and how courteous and professional. We called this morning for an urgent need that they were available to fix in the afternoon. They called when they were running a little late. They are our number one choice for our electrical needs.

My first experience was excellent and the second more so. Then the bottom fell out. I called and left a message and waited 2 weeks for a reply. Chris pleaded patience which I was ready to give. He said he would mark August 2nd just for me at 9AM and that week he would be over to see the work I want done but never came. He never followed through and I waited all morning on the 2nd . they didn't show and did not call at any time. I'm really disappointed.
Our kitchen was without power and Chris responded to the call right away. We called in the morning and had everything repaired that day. Great service, highly recommended.
